She not only works hard, and represents her clients well, but most likely will also save you lots of money. And, if you are looking at a NEW HOUSE, in a NEW DEVELOPMENT, YOU NEED ANNA! Don’t think that the builder’s representatives will help you more or represent you better—we saw how Anna knows what deals there may be, and works hard to get you them. And the Builder’s rep won’t do that. Anna is a very skilled negotiator, but she also wants her clients to be educated so that they get the home they will be happy with. She showed us as many properties as we wanted to see so that we could know that we were getting the best one for us. Along with all that, Anna did many things for us that were beyond her job, to help us get moved and situated.
